Mikko Värri

Mikko has been implementing information management systems connected to the Internet for the past 20 years. For him, striking a balance between security and usability is important. His experience mainly comes from the health and well-being sector, but he has also worked with public administration and finance customers.

As an experienced systems architect, Mikko is happy to be involved in the implementation of systems right at the design stage and onwards. He also enjoys automation of testing, release and monitoring processes that increase the confidence of the organisation to adopt new software versions.

In the recent years, Mikko has focused on modern AWS cloud services and cost-effective serverless solutions, but he also has a history in self-managed Linux-based services. Mikko is most at home with the modern Java platform, although he has implemented services in many other software stacks over the years.
