Senior Software Engineer (Embedded Systems)
We are looking for an embedded systems developer to join Cloudamite’s team of experienced professionals. You know hardware programming at or above the driver level. You are fluent in Linux-based operating systems and have a good command of modern version control tools.
We hope you have a strong knowledge of the following technologies:
- C/C++ (version 11 onwards)
- Python
- Yocto, Bitbake
- Linux shell scripting
Knowledge or experience of the following will also be considered an advantage:
- Google Test (or equivalent framework in C/C++)
- Robot Framework
- Docker
- CI environments (such as Jenkins)

Salary
We are a straightforward organisation and our pay is top of the range. Do you know your hourly rate? You can use this calculator to estimate what your salary level at Cloudamite would be.
Cloudamite’s typical billing rates are:
- Senior 85 eur/hour
- Specialist 65 eur/hour
- Junior 45 eur/hour
If there is waiting time between projects, we’ll pay you a basic salary. We have come up with a fair model with several steps in the basic salary before the minimum salary.
